Mail & Fingerprinting Services Associate at PostScan Mail – Denver, Colorado

PostScan Mail and Certifix Live Scan are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail & Fingerprinting Services Associate to join our team at our Denver office.

This location provides virtual mailbox services through PostScan Mail and fingerprinting services through Certifix Live Scan. The position supports daily office operations, including mail processing, customer assistance, and fingerprinting services.

You will be working alongside two experienced team members and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office.

Mail Processing (PostScan Mail)

1. Receive and process incoming mail and packages
2. Scan and upload mail items into the virtual mailbox system
3. Fulfill customer requests such as mail forwarding, scanning, shredding, and storage
4. Maintain organization and secure handling of customer mail
5. Assist with daily operational tasks related to the Orlando mail processing hub

Fingerprinting Services (Certifix Live Scan)

1. Assist applicants with fingerprinting appointments
2. Capture digital fingerprints using Live Scan equipment
3. Verify applicant identification and documentation
4. Ensure fingerprint submissions are processed accurately and efficiently

Office Support

1. Assist team members with daily operational tasks
2. Maintain an organized and professional office environment
3. Provide excellent in-person customer service

Applicant Support (As Needed)

1. When available, assist with answering phone calls from fingerprinting applicants
2. Help direct applicants to the correct Certifix locations or services
3. Provide basic support related to fingerprinting appointments and procedures
