Project Coordinator – Mitigation Team (Office-Based) at Restoration 1 New Jersey – Denville, New Jersey

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Mitigation Team and assist the Production Manager in managing day-to-day operations. This role is critical to keeping jobs moving smoothly, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring excellent communication with clients, vendors, and third-party administrators (TPAs).

This is an office-based position and a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team.

• Assist the Mitigation Production Manager with daily job coordination
• Dispatch and schedule Project Managers and technicians
• Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
• Enter new leads and update job information in Salesforce CRM
• Coordinate with TPAs to ensure SLA compliance and timely updates
• Update reports, job notes, and status tracking
• Support overall job management from start to completion
• Work closely with other coordinators as part of a team environment
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with software systems and data entry
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to go above and beyond when needed
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in mitigation, restoration, or emergency services
• Familiarity with insurance claims and TPAs
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Understanding of mitigation workflows and terminology
• Experience with Symbility and Xactimate
