America’s Auto Auction (AAA) is growing, and we are looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As one of the nation’s premier auto auction groups, we are built on strong relationships, exceptional service, and a platform that delivers high-quality vehicle offerings to dealers and institutional customers.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being in the field, developing new business, and building long-term customer partnerships.

What you'll do

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold calling in the field
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with prospects and existing customers
• Conduct daily customer calls and face-to-face meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat clients
• Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities to grow market share
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and customer accounts
• Achieve established territory goals and sales quotas
• Present and sell the company’s services to customers within your territor
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with a strong track record of results
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening
