We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate 1 to help drive the speed and execution of our warehouse operations. This role focuses on picking, packing, and staging orders to ensure everything moves efficiently through our workflow.

You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by executing work quickly, accurately, and consistently.

• pick and stage products accurately based on order requirements
• pack orders and prepare them for shipment
• maintain organization and efficiency in picking and packing areas
• support receiving, put-away, and replenishment as needed
• execute work within a structured workflow: Plan → Pick → Pack → QC → Ship
• communicate issues that impact speed, accuracy, or workflow

What to Expect
