About the Role

New Phoenix, LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high‑quality care and support to clients in their homes. This part‑time role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy meaningful, client‑focused work with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Assist with safe transfers and mobility devices

• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in North Carolina

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift and assist with transfers

• Strong communication skills and compassion for others

• Experience in home care preferred but not required
