About This Position
Position Purpose
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
The Customer Service Representative contributes to a positive customer experience by ensuring satisfaction, building customer loyalty, and fostering strong, long-term relationships. This role supports the company's overall success through responsive service, effective problem-solving, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Assistance- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information
- Guide customers to the appropriate resources or personnel when needed
- Assist with product selection, usage, and troubleshooting
- Process customer orders, including entry, payment handling, and coordination of delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of products or services
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues
- Analyze problems and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions
- Turn negative experiences into positive outcomes
- Maintain clear, professional communication across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Provide timely updates on orders, services, and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company offerings
- Educate customers on features, benefits, and best practices
- Offer recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Build strong relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Collect and document customer feedback
- Share insights with relevant teams to support product and service improvements
- Explain company policies, terms, and warranty information clearly
- Ensure that customers understand the terms of their transactions
Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- May involve handling high-volume customer interactions
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to efficiently multitask between different software applications and communication channels to handle multiple customer inquiries
- Demonstrates basic analytical skills to evaluate customer issues, identify patterns, and contribute insights that enhance customer service processes
- Ability to function in both an office and manufacturing environments
