Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting professional to support and contribute to the continued growth of our Accounting Department. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, collaboration, and providing world-class service to an expanding customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

· Reviewing contracts to ensure invoicing aligns with specific contract terms

· Preparing and generating accurate customer invoices in a timely manner

· Communicating billing issues and resolutions clearly, professionally, and promptly

· Analyzing and revising billing documents for accuracy and completeness

· Maintaining compliance with internal controls related to billing processes

This position is based out of our Corporate Office in Reading, PA.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

· 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships with business partners

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with web-based applications preferred

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment

· Proven ability to follow through on assignments to completion
