Position Overview

We are seeking Construction Laborers who are dependable, safety‑minded, and willing to work as part of a high-performing field crew. Experience in our specific trade is not required—we will provide comprehensive training for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Candidates with previous experience in heavy civil or road construction are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and effectively as part of a crew on active construction sites
• Follow directions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with installation, excavation, material handling, and site preparation
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided as needed)
• Support field operations in various weather conditions and throughout all seasons
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all company, site, and safety policies

Qualifications

• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Willingness to follow supervision, learn new skills, and take direction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Prior construction experience a plus but not required
