Requirements:Skill Requirements:
- Prefer a student interested in pursuing a career in law but will consider other candidates.
- Reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel to different local office locations.
- Good computer skills especially in MS Office platforms.
- Well organized and disciplined with time management.
- Can handle multiple tasks during the day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Case Managers in preparing files and documents for active cases.
- Work with attorneys to source documents and information needed for case files.
- Prepare legal documents for attorney/client meetings.
- Participate in final presentation of estate planning documents as a witness to client signings.
- Help maintain and organize physical and electronic files in the office.
- Complete other administrative tasks as requested by attorneys or Case Managers.
- Travel to different offices to assist attorneys and Case Managers with client meetings.
PT/FT: Start PT but could become FT
