Job duties:
Work fully remote, or hybrid if you prefer (we have offices throughout NY, NJ, and PA)
The position will have a focus on civil defense litigation including drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions.
Required:

• NY and/or NJ bar
• Recent experience with toxic torts / asbestos
