The Cook supports daily kitchen operations through food preparation, mise en place, and maintaining the presentation and quality standards expected in a luxury resort. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about culinary excellence.

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Complete daily mise en place including chopping, prepping, and station setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a professional culinary team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with product storage, labeling, and stock rotation
• Maintain consistency and presentation standards expected in a luxury environment
• Support chefs and kitchen leadership with daily operational needs

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (hotel or restaurant experience a plus)
• Culinary training preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork mindset
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
