About This Opportunity

Seeking a reliable Class A Driver to transport lawn and garden products throughout the Omaha area. This role involves loading, unloading, and delivering materials such as seed, sod, fertilizers, pesticides, landscape supplies, and live plants. Most routes are local.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $24-$26/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (flexible depending on weather); Occasional Saturdays

Assignment Type: Temp/ Seasonal (March-October)

Start Date: ASAP

Pre Employment Requirement

• Background Check Required
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Valid Class A CDL Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Interview Required

Responsibilities

• Transport lawn and garden materials locally
• Load and unload products safely
• Store and distribute inventory as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures

Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used

• Automatic straight truck
• 18-foot wheeler with covered wagon trailer
• Flatbed trailer

Work Environment and Dress Code

• Jeans or work pants
• Boots covering ankles preferred
• Outerwear provided by Grass Pad

• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to work well in a team environment
