The Arc Western Montana is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. This is a unique opportunity to step away from fast-paced clinical environments and provide meaningful care in a person-centered setting.

Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Medical Group Home, Missoula
- Starting Pay: $35.00 per hour
- Shift Differential: $1 per hour 7pm - 7am
- Paid training including a comprehensive introduction to working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Mandt certification
Flexible Scheduling:
This role offers 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Nurses may choose a part-time (1–2 shifts/week) or full-time (3 shifts/week) schedule.
- Full-time: 36 hours per week, 3x12s
- Part-time: 12–24 hours per week
- PRN: Minimum 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
- Up to 3 weeks of PTO per year
- Medical & Dental Insurance starting at $95/month

- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
- Provide direct nursing care in a medical group home setting
- Conduct monthly health assessments and routine wellness checks
- Administer medications and manage medical orders
- Attend and support clients during medical appointments
- Maintain clear and accurate electronic documentation
- Support triage for clients in other group homes as needed

What We're Looking For:
- Current RN license in the State of Montana
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Relatively clear driver record with at least 3 years of driving experience
