Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage production for two digital presses with full ownership of output quality and efficiency.Ensure the safe operation of press equipment and maintain a safe environment for all press personnel.Maintain consistent, high‑quality print performance, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.Always uphold strict standards of cleanliness and maintenance for press equipment.Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including American Institute of Baking (AIB) guidelines.Execute additional tasks or projects assigned by supervisors or management.Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience operating an HP Indigo press.Experience with Esko Color Pilot.Strong technical understanding of color matching, print quality, and film properties.Ability to read and interpret work orders, proofs, and specification sheets accurately.Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting production timelines.Ability to meet the physical demands of the role: standing, bending, squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting up-to 50 lbs.Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production goals.Compensation & Benefits
