Who Are You?

You're a retail assistant who loves wellness and takes pride in your work and creates meaningful client experiences. You value professionalism, growth, and alignment with a wellness-centred brand.

As a Permanent Retail / Wellness Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the face of our business, offering guidance and advice on a range of wellness products and services. Your main duties will include greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. You will also have the opportunity to participate in wellness events and workshops, helping to promote a healthy lifestyle to our community.

To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for health and wellness, and a friendly and approachable demeanour. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required.
