Staff Accountant at Results Contracting – Coon Rapids, Minnesota

Position Summary

Results Contracting is hiring an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Coon Rapids. We are looking for someone with strong accounting experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Review and process vendor and subcontractor invoices
• Track project costs and help close out project financials
• Calculate sales commissions, bonuses, and related reporting
• Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support reporting, compliance, and other accounting tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of accounting or similar experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
• Experience with vendor management, subcontractor invoicing, and job costing
• Experience with CRM or accounting systems such as AccuLynx
