Material Handling Laborer (Contingent Upon Contract Award) at Loch Harbour Group, Inc. – Newport, Rhode Island

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handling Laborer to support warehouse and material handling operations. This role is responsible for the movement, storage, and accountability of materials in support of mission requirements.

• Perform material handling functions
• Load, unload, move, and store materials and equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control procedures
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required
• Assist with receiving, inspection, and distribution of materials
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures
• Support logistics and warehouse operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Possesses current and valid OSHA certification for forklift operator up to 15K lbs. for forklift types, Class I-V and VII. (Provide copy of valid certification with the proposal)
• One year of demonstrated experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in a warehouse environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in DoD Systems Applications and Products (SAP) for warehouse management
