Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and promptly recognize all guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude

- Escort guests to their assigned tables, ensuring efficient seating arrangements

- Assist servers by providing support throughout the guests’ dining experience to ensure attentive, courteous, and efficient service

- Support the cashier in collecting payments for all guest transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment by approaching all interactions with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner

- Adhere to scheduling requirements, maintaining regular attendance in compliance with company standards, which may vary based on hotel needs

- Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag as per brand standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
