Reed-Lallier Chevrolet is looking for a friendly, energetic Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership! If you enjoy helping people, creating great first impressions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

We're searching for someone who brings a positive attitude, values outstanding customer service, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

• Greet customers with a warm, welcoming smile
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide refreshments and assist guests during their visit
• Help identify customer needs and connect them with the right team member
• Share basic information and assist with general inquiries
• Learn and follow dealership procedures and phone systems
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• A natural people-person who enjoys helping others
• A dependable team player
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods, indoors and outdoors

• Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (alternating)
• Wednesday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (alternating)
