About the Role

Oregon Sleep Associates is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sleep Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join our growing Portland clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to practice comprehensive sleep medicine in a well‑established, physician‑led organization with the potential for equity ownership.

In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of sleep disorders, including insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, parasomnias, and restless leg syndrome. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence‑based care that supports long‑term patient success.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $280,000 – $300,000 annually

Minimum Qualifications
  • Willingness to work on‑site at our Portland, OR clinic
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Neurology, Family Medicine, or a related specialty
  • Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Sleep Medicine
  • Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the United States (Oregon license required or ability to obtain)
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in evaluating and managing sleep disorders
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and interpretation of sleep studies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using behavioral interventions, PAP therapies, oral appliances, medications, and other appropriate modalities
  • Monitor patient progress, optimize treatment efficacy, and address therapy‑related concerns
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pulmonologists, neurologists, behavioral health professionals, and sleep technologists
  • Educate patients and families on sleep hygiene, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence
  • Stay current on emerging research, technologies, and best practices in sleep medicine
  • Contribute to clinical documentation, quality improvement initiatives, and program development
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong clinical expertise in sleep medicine, including diagnostic interpretation and complex case management
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and integrated treatment approaches preferred
