RV Detailer at Hilltop Camper and RV – Brainerd, Minnesota

Are you looking for a hands-on job in a fast-paced environment? Hilltop Camper & RV is hiring a RV Detailer to keep our RVs looking their best and maintain the overall appearance of our lot. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail.

We’re looking for someone who…

• Is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
• Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Is comfortable using cleaning tools and light maintenance equipment.
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail RV interiors and exteriors to ensure they are showroom-ready.
• Wash and apply product protectant to RV exteriors.
• Clean and sanitize RV interiors.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Experience:

• Previous experience in detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning and maintenance procedures.
