About This Position
Job Summary: Responsible for leading and developing a team of case managers to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered services for individuals served. This role provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance management, while maintaining a partial caseload and meeting contracted billing and service requirements. The supervisor ensures regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational values.
Mount Olivet Rolling Acres – MORA – is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit that has supported adults, seniors and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro. Due to continued growth in our Case Management department, we are seeking a Case Manager Supervisor for clients in our office location in Little Canada.
An array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a Discover Summer Daytime Programming for Youth with Disabilities. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.
Schedule: 40 hours, M-F daytime/business hours.
Annual Salary: $70,800 annual salary, DOQ. Plus a strong benefit package

Key Duties and Responsibilities as a Case Manager:
- Conduct all functions of Case Manager Job Description
- Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to assigned case managers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans as needed.
- Lead team meetings, facilitate effective communication, and support a positive, collaborative culture.
- Ensure all services delivered by the team meet regulatory standards and organizational quality expectations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with person‑centered planning practices and documentation requirements.
- Review case files, reports, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and achieve billing and productivity goals for both personal caseload and assigned team
- Oversee workload distribution, case assignments, and workflow processes to support efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate services with internal departments, external providers, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in, or lead committees, workgroups, and organizational initiatives as assigned.
- Model professional conduct and positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, external partners, and individuals served.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work (Licensed), Psychology, Special Education, Nursing, Sociology, Human Services, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, aging-related conditions, or related populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Meets requirements to serve as a QDDP/QIDP
- At least one year of case management experience at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience working with Medicaid waivers (e.g., DD, CADI, BI) or aging/long‑term support services.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to meet physical demands as outlined in the company’s physical job requirements.
- Successful completion of a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check and maintenance of “qualified” status.
- Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General
- If using a personal vehicle for company business, must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain insurance as required by state law.
