Your Role

Strategic Architect: Identify community needs and design evidence-based scalable interventions.Inspirational Leader: Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of directors and managers.Resource Catalyst: Partner on funding initiatives that fuel our mission.Community Ambassador: Represent JFS to government bodies, partners, and the board to advocate for sustainable change.

Who You Are

The Expert: You hold a master’s or PhD in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.The Veteran: You have 10+ years of social service management experience.The Strategist: You are a master of fiscal oversight and long-range planning.The Data & Process Thinker: You lead impact reporting, Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) efforts, and compliance with accreditation.The Communicator: You have excellent writing and communication skills.
