Job Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing systems including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and water supply lines.
• Perform plumbing installations such as repipes, sewer lines, water heaters, and fixture replacements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation plans.
• Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Test systems after installation to verify proper operation and leak-free performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site while protecting customer property.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding work being completed.
• Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and management to ensure proper materials and scheduling.
• Document job details, materials used, and completion notes in company software.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on plumbing systems, products, and installation techniques.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Valid plumbing license.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor conditions.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
