Associate Flex Manager at Guardian Storage Development Inc – Boulder, Colorado

Associate Flex Manager Job Duties include:

• Manage day to day operations of the facility
• Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy
• Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products
• Handle customer sales, inquires and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
• Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement
• Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel

Associate Flex Manager Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales or management experience
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Expert problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the area
