We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support digital marketing, brand initiatives, and resort promotions across multiple revenue areas including Rooms, Spa, Golf, and Food & Beverage.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term marketing career in luxury hospitality while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, events, and revenue strategy.

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies including social media management, website updates, digital listings, brand standards, sales support materials, and promotional campaigns. This role partners closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales team, and operational leaders to support business growth and guest engagement.

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create and post marketing content and promotions
• Respond to guest reviews and online engagement
• Update website content and digital listings
• Support marketing campaigns and sales materials
• Coordinate marketing collateral and photo assets
• Promote resort events and experiences
• Support the Marketing Manager with projects and reporting

• 1+ year marketing, communications, or social media experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred
• Marketing or Communications degree preferred
