Reader Precision Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator. This full-time position is based in Elkhorn, WI at our Precision Plus location. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all transactions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage accounts receivable processes including billing, cash application, credit memos, and account tracking, as well as client and vendor outreach for payment follow-up, account inquiries, and routine communication.
• Support daily accounting operations and maintain accuracy of the general ledger.
• Record and verify financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain recurring reports & reconciliations.
• Complete monthly close activities, including bank and account reconciliations.
• Process banking and treasury transactions such as ACH transactions.
• Support compliance and reporting requirements, including 1099s, audits, and year-end close.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (banks, vendors, customers) to support operations.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and tracking of key deadlines.
• Process back-up support to accounts payable, as needed
• Assist with payroll support and other cross-functional or administrative tasks as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years in an accounting or finance role. Candidates with a combination of education and experience that equates to the required knowledge and skills may also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with core hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. This individual should be flexible to work overtime as needed and based on workload (for example: month end).
