We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Team in our Central Business Office. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks and supporting the finance teams at store level. The ideal candidate must have good analytical skills, be detail-oriented with high accuracy level, and have a strong work ethic. Experience in Warranty Cancellations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and maintain accounting records

- Verify and reconcile check requests

- Prepare and process payments to lenders and customers

- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate records

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Perform other related duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field preferred

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

- CDK experience preferred, but not required
