• Accurately process hiring, payroll, time entry in GTO and graduate assistant contracts for CTM employees in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
• Requesting/Scheduling rooms for meetings and special events.
• Responsible for maintaining office supply inventory.
• Organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files.
• Providing administrative support to CTM.
• UM ProCard processing for a number of large volume users, ensuring ProCard policies are being followed, acceptable receipts are attached, and proper accounting is applied to transactions.
• Performs accounting reconciliations to ensure payroll and other expenditures are accurately and appropriately recorded in Banner Finance.
• Processes purchases, equipment maintenance contracts, and travel reimbursements using GrizMart.
• Verifying and tracking training/education/licensing for CTM employees.

• Working knowledge of payroll processing practices.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and ability to perform financial work with minimal errors is especially important.

Compensation Title: Accounting Associate III

Bargaining Unit: FOCUS-MFPE

Work Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week), Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 12 months/year, this position is required to be in the office, remote work is not available.

Probationary Period: Six (6) months minimum
