The purpose of the Accounting Admin/File Clerk is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates.
Scan all required documents into One View Maintain and deliver the Exception report for One View to Assistant Controller/Office Manager Purge all files required Work on special projects as assigned Maintain and deliver the un-matched scans report for One View to Assistant Controller/Office Manager Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements Attend department meetings as needed Other duties as assigned High School or General Education Degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook Must be at least eighteen years of age Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
