In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business capability analysis to drive solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine business requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and present findings to management.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions.
- Define KPIs to measure product effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced analysts.
- Lead the design and development of business configurables.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes.
- Familiarity with business process management and workflow automation tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to influence decision-making and recommend solutions.
