New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS)

Location: North Andover / Haverhill, MA
Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000/year

NETTTS is seeking a detail-oriented Registrar to support campus financial and academic operations. This role manages student records, tuition transactions, and compliance while supervising a small student services team (2–3 employees).

• Maintain accurate student records, files, and data systems
• Process tuition payments, billing, and accounts receivable
• Verify student documentation and manage compliance records
• Track attendance, test scores, and student status changes
• Reconcile monthly financials and prepare reports
• Support veterans’ documentation and regulatory reporting
• Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative workflow
• Supervise and support 2–3 student services staff

Required:

• 3+ years of accounting experience (accounts receivable focus)
• Experience with computerized systems and data management
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred:

• Experience in education or vocational training
• Familiarity with CampusVue or similar systems (Soon to be Portico)
• Business or accounting coursework
