Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA 30309
Work Model: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week
Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision projects
• Lead client engagements from planning to completion
• Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
• Work with IRS, state, and international tax authorities
• Mentor and supervise associates and interns
• Support multi-state and global tax matters
• Collaborate with internal tax specialists and client teams

🔹 Must-Have Qualifications

• Active CPA in Georgia (or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license
• 4–7+ years corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
• Strong ASC 740 tax provision experience (prep, review, audit)
• Recent public accounting experience (Top 15 firms preferred)
• Experience with large multi-state/national/global companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Willing to work onsite 3 days/week
